      Some freedom with jobs Sometimes tips

      Bad management. No communication between anybody. Never know how many hours you will work a week. Owners don’t care about you at all, just an extra body they can use Can’t advance through the the company Potentially work with criminals and sketchy people.

      Pros

      Small office, customers could be very nice, was allowed some degree of autonomy, the dogs were great.

      Cons

      No benefits, micromanaged, ideas not listened to or welcome, hours were constantly reduced, high turnover, was promised a living wage that never materialized.
