Great work environment with friendly bosses.

There are really no cons besides Quarter 4.

No long hours. Food often catered.

Ridiculous turnover in commissions and operations. Low pay, and tons of micromanagement. Regardless of clear issues within these departments management does not change their approach. Company worships the feet of sales team members and could care less about the morale of the operations team members.
