Strong organization but communication needs improvement - Production Supervisor Productiv Employee Review

From my perspective, the past several years has brought noticeable improvements in the response and availability of the executive level management team. Timely decision-making is often critical, and I have observed significant progress in this area. We are moving in the right direction by empowering our employees to make decisions that contribute to the company's growth and development, while still providing support and knowledge from past experiences. Additionally, the shift from a silo mindset to a more collaborative effort among key decision-makers is evident and appreciated.

There are multiple talented people on the Productiv staff who collaborate to solve complicated issues that often could not be handled alone. Qualified ideas are recognized and encouraged by upper management. Growth is possible if a person can keep the correct mindset.

Too much focus on the 1 percent of failures versus the 99 percent of success. The contract really did not match my last contract. Less PTO etc. At the start it seemed not doable, but now it seems like it is possible.
