      Favoritism and nepotism. You'll go far if you're friends or a family member of the owners. Otherwise don't expect too much.

      Relaxed work environment. Approachable direct management and Chief Executives. Great Health benefits with low employee contributions. Work from home / flex schedule available. Lots of untapped upward mobility.

      Cons

      Lack of applicable training procedures for new hires. Training pack for MRP system is archaic and presents many system features that are not applicable to current company processes.
