Pros
While the benefits are incredible, they cannot compensate for the ongoing chaos caused by management's irrational decision-making, which instills a deep sense of fear amongst employees. Management seems to believe employees don't talk amongst each other, but we do, and we are scared of whats going on.
Cons
People working at PH are well-aware and fearful of the fact that now several employees have been fired without any reason or warning. We talk. Everyone is walking on eggshells, busting their butts, trying to avoid becoming the next victim while simultaneously knowing that despite their hard work they can still get booted tomorrow. What makes things even worse for longtime employees is that these people are being replaced with even less competent newcomers which is descending the company into even more turmoil. Decisions from the top change on a dime and people are expected to take on WAY too much.
