Pros
Great social benefits due to a fun young team and laid back environment.
Cons
For software developers, it's a dead end since they use proprietary tools and language far behind the industry standard unless your one of the very lucky few to work on few mobile apps. You won't be competitive at any other software job if you leave. There is little to no upward mobility. Upper management positions are always hired from the outside, never promoted from within. Outside of boot-camp style internal training for programming their ancient system, there is little to no opportunity for advanced training. Basically, the company has very little regard or interest in helping employees advance or improve themselves and are only interested in output. Also, the company can let anyone go at any time regardless of performance if it suits them, without warning or regard for timing, even long term employees are not valued.
