Inadequate training, disorganized, bullying, micromanaging, cult like environment. Training is practically nonexistent. Management couldn't communicate to save their lives, constantly shifting responsibilities and sharing personal gossip that made the workplace feel like a high school drama. Bullying behavior from management only added to the toxicity, making it clear that support was a foreign concept here. Account managers claimed to be stressed while hoarding work and refusing to help, creating a hypocritical mess. Overall, the lack of structure and rampant toxicity made it impossible to thrive. Beware of this company!
