Our approach is always closely guided by what we hear from our users, along with data on what’s driving the most impact. In some cases, that means exploring new solutions; in others, it means doubling down on improving what already exists. What we'd say is that we're deeply committed to the students, teachers, and parents we serve every day - and that means listening to them closely, operating nimbly, and also not continuing to chase underperforming initiatives if it’s clear they’re not meeting the needs of our users.
