This has undeniably been one of the most challenging periods in Prodigy’s history, and we’re deeply sorry for the impact our recent restructuring has had. As a leadership team, we take full responsibility for the decisions that led us here. While this has been a difficult chapter, we remain confident in Prodigy’s future. Over the past 15 years, Prodigy has grown from a university project into one of the most widely used game-based learning platforms in North America, supporting over 22 million students in classrooms and homes. That scale and impact give us a strong foundation to build on. We also want to be clear that Prodigy is not at risk of liquidation. We have solid cash resources, are continuing to invest selectively in future growth, and are encouraged by early improvements in key metrics such as conversion. At the same time, we know the work ahead requires focus, speed, and continued adaptation in a very competitive and changing market.
