      Pros

      Salary on time is the only point You will get opportunity to work in Quasar / Prodigy and Hogarth without any clarity of whose employee you are so it will be fun. LOL

      Cons

      1. Job Insecurity 2. HR gossips all the time and yells at anyone like she owns the company 3. Unprofessional Environment 4. CEO has no vision for future, No Goals/Target to achieve and likes only those who praise for her 5. CEO behaves like a pampered arrogant girl and is so disrespectful towards the fellow directors of other regions. She will always hide things from the the Top Management of other regions and will get all her domestic work done 6. Dont join here as you wont get job anywhere else., once you are here

      Pros

      1. Salary comes on time 2. You feel as if you are back to school because you get to decorate boards, make rangolis (because you are being forced by the HR) etc

      Cons

      1. My boss back then and the HR were quite interfering. They love discussing your personal lives with/without you. 2. They have a 2 month notice period so if you want to switch to another company congratulations you're gonna have a hard time convincing these people 3. They hire you at 8K if you are a fresher and don't increase your salary even if you are awesome at work 4. Join at your own risk, I was lucky enough to leave well in time plus I didn't hear any good things about the company from people in my close family circle 5. Loads of politics specially if you are not a boss pleasing person your live is screwed
