Pros
- Sponsor visa - Salary always on time - Work with big Dutch companies(like Odido, KPN, ServiceNow, etc)
Cons
- Unclear hierarchy - Favoritism - Almost impossible to grow if you have already have signed a contract - Sometimes management can ignore you if you have some problems - Unpaid overtimes - Charge money for documents that they are processing with work permit(x3 from the actual price) and include this fee in your contract
