      Pros

      Excellent facilities. All employees in the Lima plant have full access to a world-class gym, as well as physical rehabilitation and nutritionist. Excellent work environment.

      Cons

      The plant is located outside of the center of the city, so it is a long commute in the morning and afternoon.
