Flexible Hours and a few days to work remote out of the month.

No clear instruction from management. Stressful environment.

Communication is minimal and often unclear, making it difficult to stay aligned with expectations. There’s very little support from management, and it often feels like you’re left to figure things out on your own. In short, while the flexible schedule is a plus, the lack of proper communication, planning, and adherence to professional standards makes it a tough environment to grow in.
