Free meals. Very close knit community.
Cons
No opportunity for growth. Very low pay in reference to what wages people are offering for the same job elsewhere. A lot of vacations where they do not give you more PTO to make up for the weeks you cannot work when the kids are on vacation, and do not give you the opportunity to work during them.
