Frequent changes from management such as organizational structure and internal processes (often due to growth)

Easy transition from co-op to employee

Racial discrimination in hiring and lengthy process. Project based work if given and poor management. HR team is ridiculous and joke to company. Would not recommend to anyone since they only hire white people or internal employees.
