I joined Proco 7 years ago and still really enjoy working here. Don’t get me wrong it has been a rollercoaster but that’s the nature of our industry. Proco culture is really collaborative and is a great place for a team player but where the bar is set high for those who are always looking to strive and develop as consultants and/ or managers. Cons
As a specialist recruiter in supply chain you need to be actively building new contacts far and wide. Those more inclined to relying on volume from a PSL may find it harder than most generalist agencies. Cross border recruitment, multiple languages, tax jurisdictions make it far more interesting but also far more complex and challenging. Some desks/ industries have much less coverage than others so ability to leverage off existing clients can vary when you start.
