For anyone considering joining this company, take a look at the reviews on here. You will notice that approximately half of them talk about how amazing the culture is. The other half comment on what a terrible place it is to work. Seems a bit strange doesn't it? Well, I can tell you that while I was at the company, we were asked by members of the leadership team to write positive reviews on this website. I wouldn't say we were asked to do it against our will but...
The company like to advertise on Linkedin about how quickly they are growing, yet revenues in every region are in freefall, and in some cases quite significantly. This may have something to do with the fact that recruitment companies need strong tenured people in order to succeed and grow . Unfortunately, in the case of Proco, these people continue to leave the business. Usually if staff members are happy and well looked after, they stay with their employers.
People are generally quite open about sharing their experiences with this company so if you are considering a "career" with Proco, I would recommend reaching out to some past employees directly as they can give valuable insight into what it's really like to work there.
