Pros
I have been working for this company from more than 7 years now, I have learnt and improved my skills a lot as i can see some negative comments below in some postings are absolutely false. How ProcessWeaver will help you in career growth can see below points 1) Can learn new technologies 2) Can improve Communication Skills interacting with customers. 3) Balanced Life and Freedom at work place. 4) Yes there is some tight schedules but that will prove employee abilities.
Cons
These are not for ProcessWeaver but for some people who cant face the challenge and post a negative comments on company. 1) There will be some cases that a man who works hard spending more time for meetings and late night works, That doesn’t meant that he is sleeping or doesn't fit for the position. 2) Company gave a opportunity and utilized gained knowledge but now after working some years and years for experience and posting a negative comments doesn't mean that you are not a professional. 3) If management is not favor to you doesn't that they run politics here, those are called policies not politics. Please stop negative commenting if u have a problem you can clear in front of them instead u can write posting wrong comments in the glass door.
