Pay could be much better for the ammount of work, micro management isnt great, self centred team leaders who lack communication skills and management skills, Training for team members is very short and not supported for long enough, HIGHHH turn over rate like 50 people in and average 8 people left. LONG hours and yes you get overtime but is it really worth it going home at 8 or 9pm only to rock up at 8 or 9 in the morning again for 5 days straight? It creates burn out.
