      - Great leadership & Management - Team work environment - Family-like environment - Amazing PTO policy and hours offered. - Understanding and caring owners - Plenty of room for growth and company promotes within - Hard work is rewarded and recognized - Good Healthcare/benefit plans offered

      Cons

      I honestly have no cons that aren't the norm at just about any company. Parts of the year are busy times as far as work goes but there are also parts of the year where you have more down time.
