Cons
Minimum holidays. Minimum wage/salary. Outdated policies and technology. Mandatory working hours are way over full time working hours. Forced to work full time in the office with no WFH option. Able to WFH throughout lockdown so clearly is possible, just have zero trust for employees to do so now. Constantly moving the goalposts when you’re doing well. Success isn’t rewarded/celebrated, it’s challenged with what you could’ve/can do more. Basic perks, nothing to actually sell the company or entice new employees. If they offered more to sell the company then maybe your birthday off wouldn’t be the companies USP. Management treat you like rubbish, constantly undermining and condescending you. Refer to themselves as ‘family’ but nothing about the company is anything like any family I’ve ever known. The company are obsessed with targets and leaderboards and the customer/people are second to numbers which isn’t right. Contracts are terminated without proper training provided to consultants.
