Pros

Significant improvements in management have occurred in more recent years. staff retention rates are much higher than they were years ago, which makes better teams. effective communication of policies and procedures. Good work-life balance. No micromanaging. Members are easy to work with. Senior staff are easy to communicate with/easy to reach.

Cons

(if feasible) more can potentially be done to ensure staff are supported as the company continues to grow/expand it's territory. Busier seasons can occasionally lead to staff feeling overwhelmed temporarily.

Pros

Outstanding leadership Great team members Building relationships with members Good benefits We're lucky to have Sharon Strauss as the CEO. She's authentic, approachable, and understanding. This carries through to the rest of the organization. She's been a game-changer since she started in 2019 as VP of Membership, is the sole reason why we not only survived but GREW during the pandemic, has brought on exceptional team members, and brings new and innovative ideas for connection among staff and members. I'm excited for more good times, deepening connections, growth!

Cons

Small company so growth opportunities are unknown. But there is potential! In any customer-facing position, you have the good and the bad. Some member interaction makes your day from good to great. Unfortunately, there are some interactions that are challenging. Overall, we have a fantastic membership.

Pros

The support I’ve received at ProVisors has been unparalleled compared to any other employer I’ve had. That speaks volumes, as I’ve been fortunate to work for some incredible companies and teams. ProVisors truly prioritizes gratitude, taking time each month to intentionally thank one another. It’s not just lip service—it’s genuine, and I’ve never seen anything like it in a professional setting. When I was hired, I was paired with an excellent mentor who went above and beyond to ensure my success. From thoughtfully guiding me through larger tasks to small yet impactful details—like organizing my computer folders for efficiency—this personalized support made an overwhelming learning process much more manageable. It never felt like micromanagement, but rather a genuine investment in my growth. I also appreciate how accessible everyone is. Whenever a question arises, there is always someone ready and willing to help. This culture of support and collaboration makes a significant difference.

Cons

I have not experienced any cons. The company seems truly invested in our employees as well as our members that pay for our services.
