Pros
*Hybrid work *Many colleagues care about their work (at least in the beginning, until they get so burned out by low compensation and poor culture)
Cons
Where to start... *Compensation is SO low - it's student life. You can't live like an adult with a PV salary. The only people on decent wages are senior management (who talk really poorly of employees, and just travel all the time). *Promotions and opportunities depend on how close you are to senior management - it doesn't matter how hard you work. *You will be gaslit, credit taken from you, there will be no procedures, you will be asked to do things out of your role constantly, you will be bullied... It will damage your mental health. *Everyone leaves! I counted a few months ago that I had seen about 70 people leave in 2.5 years. That's almost 50% of their total headcount? that's wild! The average tenure is less than a year :/ *You won't work with people better than you. Overall, colleagues are nice people, but you have very few exceptional people (and those are also treated really poorly). The good people tend to leave (or just don't even accept offers). *It might damage your CV: I remember applying to jobs while still there, and some prospective employers would let through that they had very poor opinions of the work done at ProVeg...
