Pros

Good for freshers to gain some experience. Nothing more than that.

Cons

1) No G&O and KRA for Managment and that's the reason rather focusing on business they are stuck in daily operations. 2) No Standard HR Policies. They change the policy according to the current situation. 3) No growth opportunities for senior resources.

We would like to mention some facts on the cons mentioned by you: 1) We ensure that the Goals & Objectives and KRAs are clearly defined and communicated to everyone. These Goals/KRAs are the subset of the organization’s goals. While everybody has a pre-defined role, even then, operations of any organization come with many ad hoc transactions that need to be dealt with every day, which cannot be avoided or ignored. 2) We would appreciate if you could contact us in person and specify how you felt that HR policies are not standard, so that we can improve on the same. 3) There are immense learning & growth opportunities at ProVal. Pros

ProVal is a great place to work at. It is a team environment that values its employees, especially with its flexible work / life balance

Cons

I have not come across a downside of working for this company

Pros

- Remote work (although if you live close enough they force you into the office for no reason)

Cons

Management does not know where the company is going. The company will fire you for arbitrary reasons. No one lasts more than 9 months in this Director role, they've gone through at least 4 people in the last 4 years.
