They are deceptive with hiring promises, business deals, cutting corners and have a toxic culture filled with favoritism, gossip and passive aggressive behaviors. The CEO had his hands in things unnecessarily, patronizes people as if in "class" system, and develops a culture of distrust and uncertainty.
