I had a very positive experience working at the company. The leadership team is approachable and encourages open communication. There are good learning opportunities, especially for those who are proactive and willing to take ownership. The work culture is professional yet collaborative, and team members are supportive. Exposure to challenging projects helps in building strong domain knowledge and skills.

Like any growing organization, processes can sometimes evolve quickly, which may require adaptability. However, management is generally receptive to feedback and continuous improvement.

I worked at this company for around 1.6 years and gave my best throughout my time here. Despite serving my full notice period, I was abruptly terminated after questioning a sudden policy change regarding increment revocation. Following this, my two months’ salary and experience letter were withheld without any valid reason. During my exit process, the HR team pressured me to pay money back to the company, even though no such policy existed at the time of my resignation. This caused immense mental stress and clearly showed how unethically the situation was handled. The lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism from both HR and management was extremely disappointing. Employees who work hard and serve honestly deserve fair treatment, not intimidation or withheld dues. Till date my salary and experience letter have been not released
