Pros
It's a extremely small auditing company. There are only 2 experienced people (including the boss himself). There is a very intimate workplace with more than 5 people (if also including interns) in a small crumby room while the boss is sitting right behind you. If you want to have many people working next to you, only with a few centimeters distance, then it may be a great place for you!
Cons
Hahaha. Not exaggerate to say, everything.
The first time when you get there, well I mean having an interview with the employer, you will be arranged to a room filled with files and documents. But, that's already much better than where you actually work. There are actually two rooms in this company. Another room, an actual workplace, I am sure that this room can beyond all of your expectation on how the worst workplace looks like. Don't be tricked by him! The first time when you are having interview, you won't have chance to get into this secret room. Yes, this is the most secret room he is hiding until the day you actually work there. It is funny to say that on the interview day, they tried their best to hide how it looks like inside when they opened the door, just a crack that allow them to got out the room.
The working environment is not the only worst thing there, but even worst is the employer there. He is a selfish one with unstable emotions. He always asks you to work overtime without compensation. You might think it's very common to work overtime with no extra pay for an intern. Yet, this is over when he always assigns new tasks or check the work only when it's close to off time. Most of the time, he asks you to stay still to correct the mistakes in the work right after checking. He even told to everyone there it's very normal for workers to stay in the office over time and finish the remaining tasks. Nowadays university students are so ridiculous that always demand for getting off on time. He even transfers this ridiculous things to the our faults, saying that working over time is our problems that we don't have productivity. How come... He only provided 2 days trainings to us but demanding us to learn everything after the days. Whats' even worse is that the training is not comprehensive and he only teaches us how to use excel and the accounting software but not the rationale on how to work with the data...
That's so many things can be discussed. I can really make a story for it.
In short, to who are finding audit intern job, don't go to this company! You will be regret for your whole life.
