They have a straightforward pay structure. This place is for you if you are comfortable in a setting where you don't have to think and just want to execute against metrics.
Cons
Micromanage employees. Nothing but a staffing agency. Managers are expected to sell and compete against their team members for sales; some may see that as a conflict of interest when it comes time for performance reviews.
