Company is moving in the wrong direction. DEI hiring is affecting company’s culture. Not putting the customer first. Departmentalization is ruining relationships because each one is only concerned about their job. Lack of communication. Turnover. No COLA for salesmen. Management’s arbitrary decision to cut commission programs & percentages. Poor management of equipment inventory leading to no availability to make a sale.
