Pros
Fantastic team, culture, and caring management. Flexible time off with a good vacation policy, especially after being with the company for a couple of years. The work is incredibly meaningful and you notice the positive impact being made on healthcare IT all across the country. There is room to grow in the company with annual reviews. Management is constantly reviewing benefits with the intent of increasing benefits wherever possible. Everyone who works here cares about their work and wants to succeed together.
Cons
This is a small company and it doesn't have the resources of a large national org; however, the work life balance is much better here than other places I have worked.
