Thanks for leaving us a review. We value all feedback, both good and bad, and appreciate you highlighting that your onboarding experience did not go well. As a smaller organization, I can imagine your onboarding experience was very different from a big corporation, but as we grow so do our processes including onboarding. Sometimes it is difficult for individuals coming from larger companies to adapt to a small firm’s processes. We do value keeping our new joiner’s workload quite light as they onboard, hence why you possibly did not have any projects before you left. We are very pleased that we have many clients, and you may have only been introduced to three of our big strategic accounts, which alongside all our other clients, keeps a company of 85 people quite busy. We are sorry it did not work out for you at ProFinda and wish you nothing but the absolute best in your next role.
