      Pros

      Work at home, decent pay

      Cons

      The work is more complex than they say and the training is minimal. Most importantly, though, is they give no feedback or chance for improvement before cutting you from a project.

      Pros

      Good enough place to get experience and full resume gaps for someone who is early into their technical writing career.

      Cons

      Work can be inconsistent so pay can be inconsistent. Pay is not the greatest overall compared to the market rates.
