The management style at ProDIGIQ is very different, co-owned by a married couple- President and CEO, sole owners. They control the company their way and their way only, they are not open to outside perspectives. If I was in a position to join the company I would look into the following:
1. Tenure of current employees- how long have the average employee been employed at ProDIGIQ, I believe this says a lot about the company.
2. Do you research, what's their reputation, what do current and old employees think about the employer. Be critical of the sources, the owners ask the employees to write positive reviews about the company, and ask it to send it to them for review prior posting it. Leading to very many questionable reviews, in my opinion 3.6/5 stars in very inaccurate.
3. Don't judge a book by its cover- while interviewing at ProDIGIQ, it may sound like a great career option, however, the owners are extremely professional at painting up the family friendly culture they sell. This was very different after joining the company, numerous employees were fired after a few months and new colleagues joined left, right and center.
4. Management- I often give friends advice to pick your employer based on your manager and management of company. I would be very mindful of judging the management at ProDIGIQ. Personally, I was mentally broken down by management by fear at ProDIGIQ, I've always been a confident by nature, but management here really made me doubt myself.
