      Pros

      People are great, Very Professional environment, you gain a broad area of experience. Pay is very competitive for the positions, across the board.

      Cons

      As an IT analyst in a very small dept, the opportunities for pay increases are limited, as we already cover ALL IT responsibilities for the company.

      Pros

      Co-workers are respectful and caring, the mission of providing curative therapy to cancer patients is inspiring.

      Cons

      Mid-level to upper management doesn't seem to care much, never on-site. Care of the facility is dwindling. Pay is a little lower than typical. Minimal upward career mobility.
