      Great opportunity to add property management to portfolio. Great opportunity to work under Home Builders & Developers as they are building out a housing community.

      Cons

      Homeowners - not understanding what they signed when purchasing a home. Getting calls for dogs barking in the middle of the night. Board Members not getting along.

      Worked at a branch and it's a good place to gain experience but wouldn't stay long term.

      Cons

      Very unorganized in the US but the Canadian side seems to be run well.
