Pros
Most employees were very friendly, with my direct co-workers on my team being exceptionally kind.
Working 100% remote in corporate could be very beneficial for many.
Cons
The company as a whole seems pretty disorganized, as their business model seems to mostly be "do it now and fix it later" approach under a fast paced environment.
PTO was especially bad, even for corporate employees.
Longevity seemed disingenuous, as layoffs and firings were more prevalent than they mentioned.
There's miscommunication from leadership and oftentimes, there seemed to be a great deal of unresolved internal conflict that trickles down.
