Pros
Very fair and enjoyable workplace. Sound management. Worked engineering for them for nearly four years, mostly on aviation related simulators. Never had a problem with management or coworkers. They were very big into mentoring young engineers on difficult tasks. The tasks were challenging and fulfilling. Whenever I needed off to take care of family issues they let me. Overall good work environment.
Cons
Got laid off recently. They kept me on the payroll for a long time after my work dried up. There was plenty of hiring in software, but little work for me in their future. I was thankful they let me stay on as long as they did.
