      Pros

      1. Niet hierarchisch: als je een goed idee hebt, mag je daar mee aan de slag. 2. Teamwerk: ik vind echt dat er een teamgevoel heerst. Als je iets nodig hebt, staan anderen voor je klaar.

      Cons

      1. Het bedrijf groeit door, dit brengt af en toe wat veranderingen met zich mee. Zelf heb ik daar geen last van, maar je moet er wel tegen kunnen.

      Pros

      Flexibility based on performance. The organization is quite flat if that’s your thing.

      Cons

      No seniority in the company. Racist jokes although they fixed that. The fact it was excepted by everyone should be a good indicator. All growth is depending on yourself.
