      Pros

      Some independence and reasonable salary. Company vehicle provided for use to commute to and from work place.

      Cons

      Very high level of micromanagement. Highly incompetent management. Profit is put before patient considerations. Employees are treated with a high level of disrespect from GPS tracking to management taking over all levels of decision making from patient care to scheduling.
