Over saturated market with minimal differentiation. Constant employee turnover (each month they announce between 20-50 new hires). Little to no knowledge of sales environments outside of Texas. Installations are typically a mess. Communications during the implementation process are made to be the customer’s responsibility. In my 1.5 years, I reported to 3 different managers, there were 2 different VPs of Sales, and they removed the CRO from the company. In 1.5 years, I became the second most tenured rep on the sales team.
