I love working at Pro Teck! We are busy, the work is challenging, and most importantly, I feel appreciated and supported. The executive team is constantly working to improve day-to-day operations, deliver an exceptional product and client/vendor experience as well as find ways to challenge, motivate, encourage, reward and support all of the employees. We have a beautiful new office space designed to encourage collaboration and innovation, we have a very flexible work-from-home policy, and the health, welfare and success of our team remains a priority to the Company's leadership. Since I began my career here, I have not witnessed a lot of turnover. That tells me that we have a dedicated, committed and extremely knowledgeable team working together to achieve our goals. All in all, I am happy and proud to be working here.

All companies have ups and downs and areas for improvements. I don't have any 1 particular issue that stands out as a "Con" for me.
