Some of the coworkers are able to keep their heads down and keep their jobs.

Learned that there had been 10 sales managers in 10 years. Sales pitch upon hiring did not equate to actual job duties. Benefits were lacking with high copays. Culture was for lack of better word terrifying. Very few women and minorities. Disciplinary meetings abundant and nobody was safe.
