Wouldn't Recommend - Anonymous employee Pro-Sapien Software Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your experience of working at Pro-Sapien. We appreciate all honest feedback and I assure you we will take your comments on board, which I will attempt to address point by point. A 2 star review is unusual for us, so we have taken your comments seriously. In some cases, it may simply be that we are not the right company-employee match. Please know that this is OK, and it is why we take plenty of time during the hiring process to ensure that we are a good fit for each other in terms of expectations and values. We often hear from candidates that they checked out our Glassdoor page which has helped them get a better feel for what it's like to work at Pro-Sapien, so we do encourage our staff to review us - whether good or bad. It's important for us to hear what we're doing well and what we need to improve. We employ a diverse group of people from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds so we see being a tight knit team as something positive. We're proud of our low staff turnover which we hope (and hear) is testament to Pro-Sapien being a great place to work. We regularly review our salaries in line with industry and location standards and are comfortable that along with other benefits, we are compensating our employees well for their valuable work. However, again, we recognise different candidates have different motivations and expectations which understandably and unfortunately means we are not the right employer for some people and vice versa, despite the time taken during the recruitment process to avoid such conclusions.
