Pros
Paid weekly, Provide work trucks and plenty of equipment to accomplish job.
Cons
No medical benefits, No sick days or PTO provided,
Daily full work week availability is inconsistent.
Supervisors are not empowered to take corrective action and when issues are brought to the owners attention it's simply and ultimately ignored with the view to getting work done.
Managements main concern is "not" their employees but generating job sheets at the lowest pay rate possible and charging their clients top dollar for wasted time.
Supervisors are glorified chauffeurs driving employees ( who can't drive company vehicles) to work sites.
This is a low level mom and pop operation, no growth potential or opportunity, promises of raises and advancement are never realized.
