Pros
In the end the pros don't even make working here the least bit enjoyable for any human. The company has been around for several years, but it is very much ran like a company with an owner that doesn't know what they are doing. Yes, they are very flexible with employees needing time off, probably a little too flexible and it really depends on your job title and who you are willing to gossip with.
Cons
This company only has one thing on their mind and it is not their hardworking employees. There is no team work and if you are a newer employee, don't count on the others including you as their team. Management is new, so given the chance he may actually accomplish something, but it's not management that has the issues, it's the employees that have been there for 5+ years. Basically, if you don't bring in the money for the company, you are absolutely nothing to them. One thing you can always count on is others will "throw you under the bus" every chance they can. This is the first company I have ever heard so many employees use that phrase. When the owner asks you to either resign or you will be let go, yet you never had any write ups, never did anything wrong other than speak up, and she tells you your expertise and hard work isn't the problem, why would you want to continue working for a company like this? Obviously hard work and expertise mean nothing to a company like this. While the owner is doing the best she can to change this company, she isn't going down the correct path to do so. When an employee gives up on a company because after so many times of speaking up, or suggesting ways to change something, yet your opinions and ideas aren't appreciated.? When you pour your heart and soul into your job and take it more serious than the company does? Don't even consider applying for any job at this company unless you enjoy sitting at the bottom feeling like waste every time you walk in the door.
