Pros
Great culture, Head of sales is really good and has good training- also gives lots of time to people which is good as he is still very busy. Nice office, Good salary, Some big earners, Nice people, Draft works well, Low pressure for sales. Growing company in payments and account solutions.
Cons
CRM is awful and slow- not optimal but could be easily fixed. Low call stats/targets- lets some people be lazy (Hard with the slow CRM) Although the draft works well sometimes things don’t go the right way due to luck- They do give extensions etc so not a problem if you are good...
