None at all because this place has so many issues.
Cons
My supervisor was childish and very inexperienced. Most likely placed in leadership due to favoritism. She really was the type of person to try to break you down with any mistake. Honestly once she decides she doesn’t like you then you’ll start to really feel the pressure so you will either quit and if that doesn’t work you’ll be fired. Good riddance!
