No overwhelming pressure; tasks are given ample time for completion. Competitive salaries. Regular raises and meaningful bonuses and incentives for each project, or for creative ideas that simplify work. Flexibility with scheduling, permissions, and remote work. Prime location with a beautiful office space that enhances the work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Honestly, from my perspective, there are no notable issues. The company environment is well-structured and supportive in every way.

      To be honest, I don’t see any downsides. It’s actually a great environment for junior developers, especially because the team works mainly with native programming languages and real projects.
