Pros
The building is quite a modern office. Team leaders and PMs were nice people and seemed like they cared about their staff. I guess it is a good opportunity when you re out of college but when you think about it twice there are better places to develop. No benefits except for one 30min massage every month. Career opportunities - possibly yes, if you want to stay long enough for people to trust you.
Cons
I couldn't stand the owner of the business not giving any interest in the staff despite him being around almost every day. I have been lied to on several occasions about my development in the company and had false hopes. Another cons was you are expected to stay on the phone after business closing hours when a client calls with no extra pay. Contract states 3 months notice period. Most engineers from the time I worked there were college graduates working for minimum wage which was depressing as they were doing same job as I was for a few K more a year. No training prospects in oppose to what they promised when I was being recruited.
