It means a lot to see you describing the programs the company works hard on every day to make a positive impact on our workforce. It's likewise encouraging that you really have no cons to speak of and understand that company dynamics can be fluid. Finally, I really appreciate your advice to management, and we largely agree. We constantly look to build upon our current internal hiring practice to get better.
